ATE Solutions have entered into partnership with Aeroflex to market and sell multi- functional 5800 series test systems and provide turnkey applications. We have just taken delivery of the first 5820 test system in the UK.

 

 

The Aeroflex, PXI based, 5800 series test system offers In Circuit, Functional and System test facilities in floor, bench or rack mount options. The software is a true multi-strategy approach,

the Aeroflex Integrated Development Environment (AIDE) simplifies program development but also allows use of industry standard languages such as Labview, Visual Basic.NET or C++.

 

The imminent integration of the JTAG Technologies Boundary Scan test hardware/ software offers the first truly integrated test system that combines boundary scan Aeroflex 5850 test with both analogue and digital functional test capability.
