Flex 10 Bench Mounted Tester
The Flex 10 bench mounted ATE is the smallest ‘standard’ tester in our range. The system comprises a single unit, measuring 600mm x 360mm x 660mm. A VPC S6 interface is normally used on this system allowing multiple test fixtures to be used with the system.
A typical system could consist of
- Embedded PC
- 5 Slot PXI Chassis or NI Virtual Test Bench
- YAV Relay cards mounted in the VPC Interface
- In-Circuit Programming Module or JTAG Controller
The VPC Interface will take our standard Functional Test Boxes or a Bed of Nails fixtures (CAM or Pneumatically Operated).
